Lava Markusson
Lava Markusson Is a professional dancer educated at P.A.R.T.S Brussels, Balettakademien and University of dance in Stockholm.
In 2004 when she studied at P.A.R.T.S she was introduced to Iyengar yoga as a part of the daily program. The year that followed
she tried different styles of yoga and Ashtangayoga showed to be the most beneficial as a dancer. After getting a short
introduction in Stockholm she practiced on her own for one year in northern Sweden.
In 2007 she met Petri at the Lapland retreat and has continued to practice with him at various retreats.
The years that followed she had her daily practice in Stockholm with Charlotte Lindström as her teacher.
In 2010 she took Petri's assistant workshop and in 2011 she also assisted him at the Thailand retreat.
Now she works at Ashtangayoga shala Göteborg and as a professional dancer.
