About the Ashtanga Yoga Retreat
This retreat is an opportunity for Ashtanga yoga students of all levels (beginners, primary and intermediate series) to study and practice undistracted in a blissful setting.
Pure vegetarian food, sun-drenched days and comfortable accommodation create the perfect backdrop for powerful Ashtanga yoga and self-discovery.
Mornings include a Mysore style Ashtanga practice, as well as led classes for beginners, complete with Petri's and Maria's experienced, sensitive and insightful adjustments. Your afternoons are filled with thorough technical analysis and in-depth discussions, and the evening pranayama and meditation sessions introduces you to the peace and power within you
Every Friday you are welcome to join a Thai cooking class, free of charge, and on Wednesdays we arrange exciting day trips. Fancy going elephant trekking, indulging yourself in the cool waters of a magnificent waterfall, exploring the nearby island of Koh Chang or temples in Trat.
Our optional, additional workshops include Adjustment and Energy Healing workshops, Sanskrit Studies, Chanting and Yoga Philosophy (Yoga Sutras of Patanjali).
Your stay with us may be short or long, filled with activities or relaxing and restorative - any way you like it (however, we request a minimum stay of three days).
